Shipping & Processing
Most of our products are in stock and ship within 3 business days but if you need an accurate shipping date, please contact us before you place your order. Custom made products like emblems include a turnaround time of your choice when the order is placed. We may also offer expedited orders at an additional cost.
If your order arrives in damaged condition you will need to keep the original box & packaging to file a claim with USPS/FedEx. If your package is lost during transit, USPS requires us to wait 15 days after the original shipping date to file a claim. Please contact us to start the insurance claim process. Free shipping offers ship USPS, UPS, FedEx via the lowest priced service available. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
Your billing information must match the name and address on your credit card bill exactly. Yoast Fabrication can only ship to an alternate shipping address if it is listed on file with your credit card company. If you need to ship to an address different than what is listed with your credit card company, you will need to call your credit card company at the customer service number listed on the back of your card and request that the desired address be added as an alternate shipping address. This process helps ensure credit card security for both you and Yoast Fabrication.
International Orders
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for the handling of your order through customs and or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. From what we have seen you should expect to pay at least $40 USD in customs fees. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our products or shipping and handling fees. Yoast Fabrication is not responsible for non-delivery of items once it has left our facilities. Shipping charges are non-refundable. USPS can take 60-90 days for international delivery. UPS is usually delivered within 15 days.
